UK Music Magazine began in October of 1972
The first issue had this to say:
"As the name of the magazine implies "DEE JAY AND
RADIO MONTHLY" has two main aims. Firstly to feature
information and articles about the men who play the
records - the DJs themselves. Secondly the keep YOU
the readers up to date with the
latest news and developments on the radio and TV
scenes - and here we will be paying particular
attention to the new commercial radio stations." |
