Amaterske Radio is a Czech magazine of radio and electronics distributed throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics, aimed mainly at the electronics amateur, published from 1952 to 1996 when the Official title changed to 'Amaterske Radio Prakticka Elektronika', The magazine changed it's cover to red in the communist period and was also available at newsagents in Poland. The name also changed back again in 1999 to 'Amaterske Radio' for another publication to run alongside the 'Amaterske Radio Prakticka Elektronika', very confusing. In the years 1976 to 1996 a bimonthly magazine called Amaterske radio pro Konstrukktery, was also published alongside the above, and from 1996 to 2011 under the title 'Konstrukcni elektronika' was published for electronics constructors, There was a title called 'Radiovy Konstruktor' Svazarmu (Czech army) and one called 'Stavebnice a Konstrucke' (Kits and Structures) which came out in January 1999. The magazine is still going today. NOTE TO DAVID: I will see about filling in the missing ones when you decide what format on the site page to put them in, the magazine has many facets as you will see.
