The first Radio Register was one of many radio logbooks which
listed all radio stations and their frequencies and
power so listeners could "find" them. They also
included articles about receivers and radio stations
and their programs.
Radio Register appears to have been one of those
which failed at the start of the Great Depression
----------------------
The second Radio Register claimed
that it listed each month the prominent talent and
services now employed or available on radio
programs. Definitely and accurately
classified:actors actresses, announcers,
comedians, musical directors, etc, thus making it a
simple matter for program builders, talent buyers to
phone - write • or wire for the artist or services
they need. |
