The radio firm of E.H. Scott was founded in
1925 by Chicago resident Ernest H. Scott. It
produced luxury radios. The company later
became Scott Radio Laboratories, and went
through many changes of ownership after Mr.
Scott left in 1945 It was known for its
elaborate, high quality radio receivers and
Scott's motto was "The Fine Things Are
Always Made by Hand"
