The
North American Shortwave Association has
provided information about shortwave radio
since 1961. The club focuses on domestic and
international broadcasts on shortwave
frequencies between 2 and 30 MHz. NASWA
considers itself to be the premiere
organization in North America for shortwave
listeners and DXers. The club publication,
"Frendx" (later called "The Journal") has been
published since the club's beginning.
