Merchandising Week began
publication in the 1870's
and had a variety of titles.
In the 1960's it changed
from "Electrical
Merchandising Week" to its
final title.
Previously owned by
McGraw-Hill, in 1966 it
became owned by Billboard
Magazine.
There is surprisingly little
historical data to be found
about this magazine and any
contribution of more
information will be most
