Amateur Radio was an amateur radio and two-way radio enthusiast
publication beginning in 1982. The first issues were
numbered, but not dated and seemingly published with
irregularity. It later became a monthly magazine.
A collector writes, "The first issue of Amateur
Radio was intended to be a one-off introduction to
amateur radio and was published around October 1982.
Hence it was not numbered and not dated. The
response was enthusiastic and so Goodhead
Publications followed up with issues No. 2 and No. 3
before making it a monthly magazine. The first dated
issue was the March 1983 one.". |
